Ordering

To order, first please contact us to arrange a meeting.
Please ensure you bring a plan (with measurements) of your kitchen with you, marking the location of drains,electrical sockets,ventilation/extractor fans, windows etc.,or your apartment/house plans.
The next step is to compose the project – if you already know the type of furniture you would like, please provide a sketch plan.
If you prefer, we would be happy to do this for you, using realistic 3D photographs.
We will help you to choose all materials and hardware.
We will also recommend the most customer-friendly solutions to ensure that your kitchen will be comfortable.
If you decide to order your kitchen from us, we will then prepare a contract. The contract will contain all necessary information, including installation, deadlines and our guarantee. When the terms have been agreed, the contract will be signed.
Before we begin to manufacture your furniture, our master fitter will visit you to take all  necessary measurements.
Normally, we then ask for pre-payment of  50 per cent of the contract price.
On average, your furniture will be manufactured within 4-6 weeks.
Once it is ready, we will contact you to make arrangements for installing your kitchen, at a date and time to suit you.
